After, enjoy a scenic drive east across Rwanda’s beautiful landscape to Akagera National Park. Settle into your lodge near the park boundary and prepare for the next day's game viewing.
Day 3: Game drive in Akagera National Park
Spend a full day exploring Akagera's savannah plains, which are home to the Big Five, including lions and rhinos. You will enjoy diverse wildlife viewing, especially around the lakes and swamps.
Day 4: Transfer to Nyungwe Forest
Embark on a beautiful drive south, often considered one of the most picturesque journeys in Rwanda. You'll arrive at Nyungwe Forest, preparing for the next day's activities among the ancient rainforest canopy.
