At Basecamp, Masai Mara tents are built along the banks of the Talek River, the natural border to the Masai Mara National Reserve. The dense riverbed foliage allows for maximum privacy and comfort, without compromising the view of the National Reserve. With more than 300 bird species, you will wake to a symphony of birdsong while staying here. The light aircraft flights in and out of the Mara will give you the opportunity to also see the vast, open plains from a birds eye view.
